Specialized Energy Services, LLC ("Specialized Energy Services," "we," "us") is a directional drilling company based in Gainesville, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through specializedenergyservices.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your name, email address, company or operator name (optional), and anything you write in your message. The Apply Now buttons on our careers page use the same form.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. It records things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Content from other services. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads. The background videos on our Rotary Steerable Systems and AI Driller pages are played by Vimeo, which may set its own cookies.
How we use it

- To keep a record of inquiries in our customer database so our team can track them.

Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you:
- Google, which delivers contact form submissions to our team by email, provides Google Analytics, and serves our fonts.
- GoHighLevel, the customer database where contact form inquiries are stored.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site.
- Vimeo, which plays the videos on two of our pages.
- Our website and marketing provider, which builds and maintains the site and receives a copy of contact form submissions.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Google Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Your information. You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us as described below.
- Our emails. If we email you and you would rather we did not, tell us and we will stop.
Children
This site is for businesses in the oil and gas industry. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. The site is served over an encrypted connection, and your information is handled by the established providers listed above. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form inquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our business relationship and records, then delete them. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in our Google Analytics account.
